POPI ACT BREACH AND WORST SERVICE EVER

If I could give 0 I surely would. This place has now invoiced me for payments of over 4k even though I removed my son months ago when I queried it they told me the email address or person who sent the email doesn't work with them. So my information has now grown feet and left the building apparently. My sons email is being bombarded with stupid emails for extra tutoring classes again we no longer with them. I've been contacting them to no avail, nobody bothers calling back and then when I spoke to John eventually who assured me he will see to it personally, I well guess what!? He hasn't bothered reading my messages nor contacting me back and the customer service reps are so flippen useless all I get is Apologies but no damn resolution! I will encourage every parent to leave because they're truly the worst and when they weren't able to pay their own staff they then told us as parents to pay before the time for said reason!!
