Not professional

One star is way more than what I would give. At first I did not want to say anything. But sending me another 3 invoices this morning after we cancelled a long time ago, and my kids only attended for one week made me think twice about not saying anything! The service I received was terrible and not professional. Our kids only attended school for a week, after which I was so fed up with Seat Sa that I send a cancellation email. It was never attended to. A week later, no cancellation. And I messaged to get them cancelled. There is just too much to say, so I'll just bring up a few points. Tutors resigned left right and centre during our first week, they showed up late for classes if they even showed up. Timetables changed 3 times. We were informed that we did not have to buy anything, Well You Do! 4 Whatsupp groups, way tooo much! The systems they used on Google was not cleaned of the previous year, which meant students could not attend to it for tasks, assignments and homework. I paid registration, and one months tuition fees, and we attended for one week only. They still send me invoices for Feb. I know of other moms who are not satisfied as well. But I only speak for my family here. My kids learned nothing in that week. As parents we immediately saw a problem and acted swiftly to change to a well known home school. And we haven't regretted it once. I saw my two oldest every day waiting for tutors to show up. I complained once and was not treated the way I expected. At first everyone is nice and friendly. But that can all change. I won't recommend them at all. My kids education is important, it creates the foundation on which they will build a life and a future. It's not debatable.
