No Updated Reports

My Child attended Seat Academy this year and done his Grade 11 and completed all classes, wrote all exams. My account is paid up to date and on my side did all I can to assist this school. All we as parents get from them is empty promises. My childs school report is not updated and some marks from Term 2 is still outstanding. He must do his Grade 12 next year. We cant battle like this next year! I took him to our local public school were he was a top student and they said that he has to redo Grade 11 but if he writes exams with the students and is up to date and passes his exams they will allow him to go to grade 12. Well my child was under extreme stress and had to write two exams. one at Seat and one at the public school. The public school notified me that my child did very well and they will allow him to go to grade 12 but only if he passes his Seat exams. Now all kids already got their results but we as Seat Parents is still waiting for reports. I feel that this places allot of stress on my child and he is starting to become a sad depressed child. Please give me advise how to go about this school. They are playing with the kids future! No feedback from school just empty promises. To put my child in Seat was the biggest mistake of my life!
