NO SERVICE TO SPEAK OF! STAY WELL AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CHILDS EDUCATION !!

Cancelled classes (weekly), absent tutors("Internet cut as salary not paid,can't teach you today" - Maths tutor), no receipts for fees paid (6 months), end of Term 2 yet no report for Term 1 yet, no response from tech Dept re LMS platform issues, assignments uploaded but never marked, no communication - no reply to emails, calls, messages & this is tutors, phase heads, customer service, tech, accounts, directors.

Only emails parents get are weekly newsletters/timetables asking for school fees ! Last week we were asked to send fee payment proof so they can see who owes money - as if parents have time to do 6 month fee recons for them as they are so *********** !

My daughter's confidence has taken a huge knock (got 15% or 0% for certain exams because half her assignments weren't marked !) & she's despondent as she gets no support - new LMS platform is a disaster, some subjects refuse her to upload assignments & desperate pleas to tech Dept for help are ignored !!!

AM BEGINNING TO QUESTION WHETHER THE COMPANY IS A **** ???
