My child failed and yours will too! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Enrolling your child with Seat Academy is the worst mistake that any parent could possibly make. My daughter had been enrolled since Jan 2022 in Grade 9. The first term went reasonably well. In Term 2, her report received was incorrect. I was informed by Seat Academy that i need to address incorrect marks with the tutors directly. I followed their process and did just that. Well, i did not even get one response. Seat Academy threw their hands up in the air like it was not their problem, despite them accepting school fees every month for doing nothing to manage the process. I continued sending hundreds of emails, whatsapps etc to both tutors and Seat staff. NO ONE EVER ADDRESSED THIS! Term 3 came along... this time we did not even get a report once exams were done! Again after hundreds of messages and emails.. no one at Seat Academy could care less. Term 4 came along.. exams completed and was made to wait up to 5 days ago for a report. Well needless to say, Term 2 marks are still incorrect. Term 3 marks are incorrect. My child has been marked 0 for exams that are still pending acceptance on their dumb LMS portal. And now... surprise surprise, Term 4 marks are incorrect too! Its almost like they thumb sucked these marks in order to shut parents up and to just have the reports completed. Claire Jooste has sent messages on the parent group begging parents to make payment so that tutors / staff can receive a salary. This has been their excuse all year for the pathetic and none existent service. Paying parents are made to suffer because they became greedy and took on more and more kids, well knowing that their systems and tutors were incapable of managing the load. Why did they not take action and remove the kids whom parents did not pay? Why did they not down scale to provide paying parents with even a fraction of service. After a year they have not addressed or fixed one single problem. All that you hear is excuses and threats about if you do not pay, your child will not get a report. Well guess what.. the report is incorrect either way and your child may possible fail the year (as mine has) through no fault of their own. The CEO of Seat Academy should be disgusted and ashamed of himself. Instead, he is on holiday while he leaves his staff to beg parents for payments so that they can have a salary for Christmas. How pathetic! Seat is all about the money with no regard for children's educations.

Our escalations to the department of education may have failed, but i am not done yet!!
