Home school course, but you cant watch offline or print the pdf lessons??????????

The program gets sold to you telling you that there is videos and pdfs....so, living in SA with its internet limitations, you'd think the videos would be able to be downloaded and watched offline and the pdfs would be able to be printed. But please dont be fooled or duped, because this demented "academy" thinks that all South Africans have perfect internet at all times and will with the utmost dismissive ooh-its-so-obvious-everything-is-online-at-all-times condescending one syllable word NOPE that you cant have access to the lessons if your internet is not top notch in your house at all times. What a disappointment. How duped I feel. What a waste of money. I wish Seat Academy the worst.... im sure they will get to know in time that like all other streaming services, in SA, you should have the ability to download for watching offline. And PRINT the pdfs!!!!!!! the child still want to write with a pen and paper, the child is 9 years old. Dont you think practicing writing is important at the age of 9?????? Why do I have to explain this to you educators????? Please Seat Academy, you have one word right in your name and it is not Academy. Maybe you should use a synonym of Seat in your name, like Bottom Academy?
