Don't be fooled, worst mistake ever.

This is by far the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. Trusting an online school like this to enroll my daughter in. It is the 17th of January 2023, and I am still waiting for a signed copy of her report. When you call no one answers and yet the CEO has the audacity to say that he won't allow his staff to be abused by angry parents but yet the whole company's customer service is non-existent! Term 4 has been by far the worst, there were no teachers to teach term 4 and help the kids prepare for exams, and I had to take off work to help my daughter through that period- no work no pay. Who is going to cover that? They were always paid a month in advance. Yet I kept getting invoices saying I was behind. SEAT Academy is a complete waste of time and money.

I am not even too sure why I am writing here other than to warn future parents, because SEAT Academy WILL NOT reply to this. NOR will they try and fix their mistakes.
