Dissatisfied

I am appalled of the service of this academy! I signed my son up for grade 9. They are very quick to tell you to pay the registration fee and then to pay the first months installment but after that it just goes quiet! I sent email upon email asking where my son can log in to catch up on work and received only a reply with his student number. When I sent an email to say I am cancelling, to the very same support email address, I quickly got response emails as well as WhatsApp messages to try to change my mind and reconsider. Then we were being added to a WhatsApp group the next day and promises of things to come... Sorry Seat, if this is the level of communication before we have even begun, I hate to think what it would be like further down the line. I think I should be refunded the registration as well as first months payment as we had no use of this programme at all. In fact I actually insist on it. The deregistration form has been filled in and once again, no response. Look forward to their response, if any
