Disgusting service, infact no service received from these guys. They are quick to take your money and then you don't hear back from them. They refuse outright to give you a refund. Spoken with Heidi from Accounts, no help and she is not even knowledgeable about the system and process. Spoke originally with Melissa David's who is supposed to be their Ops manager. Totally useless. Doesn't respond to message, return phones or whattsapp messages. No communication from her other than to take my money. Cayenne from customer services, fought with me and **** about sending emails to me. Never follows up with anything. Totally useless. SIA Mgqweto, I called, whattsapp messages sent to her and she never once responded.

I am disgusted with the lack of service, professionalism and the way they conduct themselves. Save yourself alot of stress and stay clear of these people.
