Poor bus service

My child and my friends 3 children were traveling in a seasonsstar coaches yesterday from Newcastle kzn to Johannesburg standing in a bus for approximately a five hours trip, in a full bus and they paid full price. Their service is poor, their passengers safety and making sure they are comfortable is not a priority in this bus company, but money is a priority it's clear.
