Unexpected disappointment

Its my first time staying at the Seasons Sports and Spa resort or being around the area. What a beautiful tranquil place. It was an ideal place for resting after a long week at work. The only issue I had which was actually a major let down was their restaurant service. Their breakfast was great but when it came time for their dinner, what a let down! We were informed and it was written on their leaflet that their restaurant operating hours were from 7am-9pm. We arrived for dinner at 20:10pm and we were turned away. We were told their kitchen closes early which we were not informed about earlier. When we asked them for an alternative we were offered to buy cake or go look for the nearest complex or garage to look for a meal. When we informed them we can't have cake for dinner and that we were unfami**** with the area we were still not helped. I was appalled by their lack of empathy and customer service. I would recommend one if they are planning to stay at Seasons Sports and Spa resort to rather opt for self-catering option than eating at their restaurant to ensure peace of mind and enjoyable stay.
