Shocking stay

Very disappointed, did not live up to expected and promised standard. Booked a 4 bed chalet, on arrival got a 3 bed chalet. When we got the resort to eventually phone the bookings consultant, Jennifer, she flat denied that we had booked a 4 bed. Bottom line was that after much arguing they couldn't/wouldn't help us so we stayed in the 3 bed. What was supposed to be a comfortable break turned out to be a compromised sleeping arrangement. The manager promised that the GM would call us, that was on the 27th of Dec, we're still waiting for the call.... The bathroom was basically unusable, there was so much mold that we closed the door and didn't use it. The bathroom on suite (which was behind cupboard doors, and not very private) stank of sewerage. We were woken up to the noise of a leaf blower at 7 am, this could surely be done later during the day. This is not a cheap place to stay, at over R7k for 2 nights, it is not up to scratch. It is clear that there is serious lack of management, and they will not be seeing us again.
