Shocking front line service

Whilst I enjoyed my stay tremendously in this beautiful tranquil setting, the staff at reception were sullen and apathetic- do not understand that the purpose of hospitality staff is excellent customer service. I waited unnecessarily for almost 30 minutes and then they would hardly say a word to me. The call centre is always busy and no one responds to messages. How is this possible in the 21st Century?
