Shocking Birthday Experience

Do not waste your money! I have never been more disappointed in a venue, their service and facilities! Everything that could go wrong did go wrong - reception staff didn’t know how to direct us to our room, the toilet didn’t flush, the shower didn’t drain, the heater didn’t work in the middle of winter, the outside of the room was under construction, there was no parking and the restaurant wanted to seat us outside in the middle of winter. An all round shocking experience.

It then took over a month for us to get feedback from the so called customer liaison team, who then only apologized and insulted us with an offer.

This is an establishment that does not know how to run a venue or treat their clients.
