i wish i could give a - 10 rating.We booked a room at the resort for 2 people for 2 nights.On Wednesday i got a call saving i will be moved to the Villa just for Friday night and then after i will go my room at the resort ,because the resort is fully booked for Friday night.When i booked in Aug my booking was confirmed and breakfast was included in the package.I didnt mind moving to the Villa because it was just one night, to my surprise when i go for breakfast in the morning im being told to pay R130 (R260 for 2 people) for the worst breakfast buffet ever with boiled bacon and 2 sausage left.Nobody cared or bothered to find out about my booking arrangement instead i was told the lady who called me is on leave and she did not make a note.Villas are more pricey than what i paid so how could i have booked a villa with the amount i paid? upon moving nobody even bothered to assist us .The weekend was just horrible and Saturday wasted because of moving.I really wouldn't recommend anyone to go people are not organized.
