Refund request

I am very disappointing with the service I am receiving from the hotel seasons leisure golf spa. I made a booking and sadly due to Covid I had to cancel. I call the hotel daily and every time my call is transferred and there is no answer. All I need is the my refund. It was better if I could speak to someone and explain their process. I don"t mind to wait, but when calls are not answered and emails are not rep**** it causes frustration. Their service is very poor and not professional.
