****** bite (dangerous ******s on the premises with no assistance/help from the Resort)

They treated this incident with such a lack of care and sympathy and provided no assistance or help when the incident occurred and thereafter. This obviously means that any other child/person that may be attacked after this incident may face the same risk as my child or maybe even worse. I am a very unhappy client and have expressed same to the 'Seasons Sport and Spa Resort' and their subsidiary company 'Touchdown' in which they refuse to take any responsibility on their negligence (no signs verbal or written cautioning anyone of the danger the ******s pose on their premises). They are extremely cold in their behavior (written and physical) and provided no sympathy towards myself or my daughter. I would CAUTION anyone wanting to visit this resort against doing so as they will be putting themselves and their children at risk.
