when i checked out they un-hanged a portrait on the wall and they said it was damaged i told them i wasnt aware of that, they said i was supposed to un-hang it when i checked in to check then report but who thinks of doing that when checking in,so i left and they said their head office will call me to discuss this cos i said i didnt damage it they then deducted R2500 from my account without me authorizing they already had my banking details cos i used my card to book and without calling me and called them they said they will email me the invoice nothing has been done since, my money was ****** just like that i have opened a ***** case cos i didnt authorize the transaction it came out as if i bought something. thats how they make money cos during our stay their sales man kept on selling us a holiday package which we were not interested in and they wanted us to pay a deposit of 4500 for that holiday package so it means thats how they ***** money from people
