May Health Department CLOSE this resort!

Seasons was the most horrific getaway of my life!!! I will not recommend anyone to visit Seasons. No linen on the beds! Units were dirty and not what we booked. Not COVID friendly. Not enough cutlery..........and so I can continue. Most unhelpful staff! WARNING!!!! DON'T GO THERE! This resort is a disgrace. I can not believe that we were not informed that the power was off since the morning and no linen, towels or torches could be supp**** on arrival! The manager on duty Ofentse Mmope, did not feel up to it when we requested to raise our complaints on check out. TERRIBLE!!!!😡
