Horrible customer care and service. Beware.

I share a similar experience with a lot of the other reviews. There is a lack of transparency regarding the layout of rooms. You can end up sharing a space with others so please be careful. This is not conducive to covid 19 protocols. I was promised a refund at the resort (in writing) but unfortunately I am still left to run after MY money. It is impossible to get a hold of the manager or anybody else with some authority. They don't return calls or reply to emails. Pathetic customer care and service. Beware!
