Broken appliances and ****** management

We just booked in... 3 chalets at 40k. After finding the fridges not working amongst other things we drove down to reception to speak to the duty manager as the phone number provided on the broken fridge constantly was on voicemail... we met the duty manager who I found condescending and evasive. We asked to speak to someone who could answer and assist us to which he rep**** he could not get a hold of because head office is closed for the festive season. While talking to the useless duty manager I notice that the receptionist had her phone in our direction for the duration of the conversation as if she was recording so I said to her that if you recording ensure that you use all of the recording not certain parts. She got offended and after tit for tat 5 minutes later we step outside and this lady and gentleman showed up in a white van. I was totally under the impression that she was another guest. She did not introduce herself and neither did the duty manager introduce her as his superior. While I was talking to the duty manager she interjected herself into the conversation rudely instructing the duty manager to go and see how full our fridges were which resulted in my mother in law who was calm up until then responding to her, bear in mind we still did not who she was or why she was responding on behalf of the duty manager. She then instructed the duty manager to follow her into the reception area. At this point we queried with the resort employee standing outside with us as to who she was and he informed us she was the General Manager Susanna/Susan Nel. My sister and I then went into the reception area to talk to her as we now knew who she was and she told us to get out her reception and we can leave HER resort because she was so offended by my mother in laws response and she jumped in the van with her driver and drove off. The duty manager who said he was coming up with maintainence to sort out the fridges as we have over 4k worth of meat that could possibly go off because of the heat has since gone AWOL. Anybody that know we will vouch for me that I give a continental whether you white, black, green or blue but today I honestly believe that this WHITE woman treated us the way she did because we were not white!
