BAD SERVICE

<br> > 1) The were no clean glasses to drink from in the waiting area before our treatment. In fact, there was just water. The waiting area was very messy.<br> > 2) Our treatment was half an hour late. <br> > 3) I was verbally assaulted by one of the groups of African ladies the spa booked in, who booked in and brought with them large black containers into the locker rooms (and taking up the entire bathroom) blocking my way to my locker even after excusing myself. This ruined my peaceful state of mind I intended to only compliment by coming to your spa, tremendously. <br> > 4) The massage was average. As it is a full body massage I expected technique in all areas not just the back (if that was even technique)... When my the****** got to my scalp she started playing with my hair and stroking it instead of even massaging the scalp. WITH HER OILY HANDS! Unacceptable. Even my mother had to ask her the****** to wash her hands.<br> > 5) When we wanted to sit and have lunch there was a table available that my mother proceeded to book by placing her bag on the table while she fetched my brother and I from inside.
