Worst Experience Ever!!!

Seasons Golf Leisure Spa Resort Most certainly the worst Holiday Club resort I have ever been to & definitely a waste of my Holiday Club points, I cannot even believe that they are part of the Holiday Club Resorts On arrival reception does not even explain to one how the access to pool area or the no cash policy within the resort works. When arriving we had to wait approximately and hour for the key as the chalet was not yet clean and when we finally received the key we discovered on entering the chalet that it had still not been cleaned, Beds had not been made, bathrooms not cleaned and floors not swept or washed. Definitely not what we are used to with Holiday Club standards and most definitely not according to Covid regulations. General cleanliness and maintenance of chalet was also not up to standard, specially in bathrooms where mildew was growing on walls and tiles covered in soap ****. I also cannot believe that in such a hot area of South Africa that there is not even a ceiling fan in the main bedroom or living area. And to make matters worse the chalet behind us had over 30 people partying over the entire Christmas weekend, making a noise and dispersing of their empty alcohol bottles and ******* all over the grass just as they pleased I was also not the only unhappy guest as when I went to hand in key on departure the two guests in front of me were also complaining. I really wish I could give a negative score
