Unhappy with my stay at Seasons Golf Leisure Spa

I checked in the 11th June on Friday at around 16:35 and I can say I'm disappointed in everything that I found there.

The place was not 100% clean, our villa did not have a microwave we had to request it and they brought us a filthy microwave. I had to call the house keeping Manager to come assist, he came and changed it for us but we were strunded on Friday night we couldn't warm our food.

I also had to request the blankets we did not have blankets in the main bedroom. The toilet brush was so filthy and disgusting and the other toilet did not have a brush we had to ask.

What a disappointment. I booked with Esther Engelbrecht and I sent the complaint email to her and no response up till today she chose to ignore me. And for the bad service and not wanting to engage with me and apologize I want my refund for the two days it was not worth the stay. Cleat hey are ******s because If ai was white they would have attended my complaint.
