Tzaneen, Sharon and Lesley their manager I'm Soooo disappointed

Very disappointed by Touchdown management. As my holiday was paid early in April 2025 then 1st September arrived at venue only to find that consultant didn't reconcile statement/ payment even after emails received. I have to pay double as I was with my family and being under impression that everything is sorted. Touchdown manager refused to pay me back while they messed up with my holiday budget. She saw my emails with POp in July already.
