Seasons Leisure Spa disgrace!

We booked to stay at Seasons Leisure Spa for a long weekend. We arrived at no warning that there was no water, the room we were give was absolutely filthy, it had not been cleaned and the toilet from the previous person had not been flushed. The person at reception told us we can leave and will receive a refund after the long weekend. It was a **** and we did not receive our refund. Please be aware of this resort and don’t stay there!
