Seasons Golf, Leisure & Spa no privacy experience

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointed in Seasons Golf, Leisure and Spa. Upon paying R1500 for a booking to spend ONE night, use their facilities and play golf the experience was horrible.

Arrived at Seasons and enjoyed our room and the rest of the facilities. At 01:00 in the morning people came banging on our door saying they share the room with us. HOW DO YOU SHARE A SUITE/ ROOM with other people when you pay a ridiculous amount?

Seasons made a double booking not saying anything to prepare us that people will just walk into our room and stay with us? Where is the privacy?

We immediately packed our things at 01:00 in the morning to go back to our house sleep there and return for golf the same morning. No office open to have a discussion with the people working there, nothing.

Thank you for no privacy and not enjoying a peaceful night as a newly wed couple.
