Seasons Golf and Spa Resort Shockingly bad!!!!

Shocking response to very very noisy guests with loud music and singing! In the rules it is clearly stated that music must not desturb other guests! I personally complained 5 times on Friday and Saturday. There was even an altercation between these people and another guest where the SAPS were called to the resort!. Calling the front desk didnt help they dont pick up the phone. I had to walk to reception 3 times to complain! The manager at reception just told me he will let security know but it went on untill 02h00 on Saturday night and 01h00 on Sunday night. We were also paying guests and could even sit on our own patio because of the noise. Inside with þhe doors closed and the tv loud we could still here the neighboring guest going on like hooligans! Al the other guest around us also complained without any reaction from management. The irony of it all is that everyone that complained independantly were white guests and all personal at reception were black and the quests that was making the racket and noise were black! So honestly this resorts feels like a "Black Only" resort and me as a white paying guest felt unwelcome and ignored! Furthermore the state of the chalet was shocking! Dirty filthy lounge suites that we didntnt want to sit on. The bathroom shower was blocked and overglowed everytime we had a shower. The fridge never cooled our beverages the whole weekend and we reported it twice without any response. No doormat and we had to use a towel to wipe our feel because it rained outside and had to wipe our feet when we entered the unit. We wanted to play put put and despite being a "Golf resort" they didnt have golf ***** for us to play put put. We arived at 14h00 on Friday and was told to wait till 16h00 begore we could book in. We waited. When we left on Monday we had to be out of the unit by 10h00. We were still packing up 09h00 when the cleaners entered and start talking of the bedding and towels and stuff. I went to the toilet at 09h30 just begore we had to leave when I got out of the toilet and wanted to wash my hands the cleaners slready took all the towels. It was as if the just want us out despite the fact that we could be there untill 10h00. Waiting 45 min for four coffeys and four peaces of cake when there is only 3 tables ocupied in the restaurant? Very bad ecperience. Season should be closed! Shocking shocking shocking and I will never recommend this discriminating resort to snyone! Eben Odendal should be ashamed of his staff and really jack up his resort and staff!
