Require a refund horrible experience

A bad stanch in the bathroom which I have spoken to house keeping yesterday And got even worse As well as the basin being clogged have reported it nothing happened about it When one is in the bathroom feels like we in public bathroom

No electricity for 24 hours Due to me being Muslim my meat had went off

The pools are absolutely green n dirty

1 st day I received the complimentary soaps There after nothing how can 2 people possibly use that small bottle for 2 days? N my stay supposed to be till tomorrow

Roof has water leaks on the ceiling

When a person phones reception take like 6 phone calls to get an answer

Had a terrible experience due to this I'm cheaking out 1 day early As we pay for service n nothing is getting done
