Profoundly disappointing experience and customer service experience.

My stay was marred by a series of issues that demand attention. The lack of communication regarding frequent power disruptions at the resort, a known problem as highlighted in numerous complaints, was disconcerting. Guests should be informed of such issues upfront to make informed decisions about their stay. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by chaos at the reception area, with no managerial presence to address the situation. This lack of oversight contributed to an overall sense of disorganization, detracting from the guest experience. The accommodation itself was not accurately represented during the booking process. Contrary to expectations, my booking comprised a bedroom with shared lounge and kitchen facilities, a crucial detail that was not transparently communicated. Most troubling, I felt compelled to leave the accommodation prematurely due to safety concerns. Multiple individuals attempted to access my accommodation during my short stay, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe environment. Post-complaint, the customer service experience has been disheartening, with generic responses that fail to address the specific concerns raised. Additionally, there is a swift reference to the no cancellation and no refund policies, which contradicts the rules outlined in the booklet provided during check-in. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BOOKING AT THIS ACCOMMODATION.
