Poorest of them all

I was there on the 11th August. The Spa was great and very refreshing. The problem is they don't have a fridge in the room, there's no telephone incase you want to call reception,no iron and ironing board. I had to call reception with my own cellphone and request for an iron of which they didn't bring. My husband had to go and get it for me and was told that nobody had even organized it. There's no back up, meaning we were affected by loadshedding. In the morning when we had to shower, water was not coming out. There wasn't even a shower cap. I will never go back and will never recommend it to anyone. It's expensive for no reason. Plus there isn't any entertainment besides the pool. The only good thing about it is their Spa.
