Over crowded and unprofessional

3 star resort. The staff are unprofessional. We had a less than average massage. The hotel pool area is over croweded and felt like margate on Boxing Day. There is no private pool area for hotel guests to lounge and relax. The spa has a slightly more upper market pool area but only 2 pairs of sun loungers. Constant power outages means cold showers and no cuppacinos at breakfast. Our hotel room had been freshly painted and still had masking tape on the door handle and it still had a paint smell.
