Moldy dirty rooms, worst customer service, rude and unaccommodating!! STAY AWAY

Worst experience ever! Our entire house was dirty, sleeper couches for the kids were dirty, bed and linen dirty, walls dirty and bathrooms full of mold, blinds moldy and breaking, all taps are rusted and shower moldy, bathrooms have never been cleaned. still waiting for my refund from Touch Down Africa - the booking company for Seasons. We did not get helped, or moved. Manager laughed at us. Dont waste your money and time. Stay away. They are disgusting human being and just steel your money. They have removed the commenting option on their Instagram because they get such bad reviews constantly. How are they still allowed to operate. Close them DOWN
