Missing JBL 650BTNC HEADPHONES

We visited Seasons Golf, Leisure and Spa about 2 weeks ago. On our arrival there were alot of guests at the reception with complaints some demanding a refund. We just used the place to sleep and wake up in the morning leave the resort to do activities around the Province. Whilst we were out exploring the Province my Luggage Bag was opened and my JBL 650BTNC HEADPHONES were ****** from my luggage bag and also an Auxi****y Cable. We contacted the establishment and the Head Office but with no help and no accountability whatsoever. I've never in my life experienced this, I travel alot in South Africa and abroad but I've never experienced such an immoral behavior & act, I'm soo hurt by this, even the house keeping staff is not friendly at all. The Headphones they took from my bag cost more more than R3500, I regret the day we decide to book in that place, even photos are deceiving and reviews on Booking.Com are not the true reflection of the place. More than 4 Guests were complaining at the reception on our arrival, the reception area was just a chaos with complaints but we still checked in.
