Horrible experience

We recently stayed at seasons over the December holidays and this is what we experienced… 1) the check in was at 4pm while check out is the standard 10 am. This limits the amount of time you get to actually enjoy on day 1 2) for such a late check in you’d expect the room to be spotless however that was not the case. The floors were so dirty we couldn’t walk around barefoot 3) the fridge was not working properly. Maintenance technicians who were supposed to attend to our call instead **** to us and said that the fridge would work at a lower temperature setting. This did not fix the problem and the fridge was not cold 4) The North West is unbearably hot in December. The ceiling fan was not working in one of the bedrooms. 5) One of the wardrobes was unusable as it was “under construction. “ There was a gash in the wall and unsightly water damage. The unit should not have been available for booking
