DOUBLE DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT BY RUDE STAFF MEMBER TC MADU

We visited this Seasons on the 1st Feb with my friend and we got ****med by one of their waiters who made us wait for food for 2 hours and demanded tip then when we refused he double billed my card. He asked me to punch in my pin and told me there was no network he moved around beyond where I could see to look for signal. Little did I know he was making double payment of the same amount as my bill. He continued to say next time they will spit in our food. Later that night I noticed 2 payments were made. I have been going pillar to post trying to log a query for refund no one wants to assist me. I have had just about enough of the run around I am taking these people to consumer ombudsman
