What a disaster.

Booked a ground floor unit due to my wife recovering from knee surgery, confirmed this with the reception via telephone the day before our arrival. You guessed it, 1st floor unit assigned to us on arrival. Reception had no idea why and promised to look into it.

Eventually, the day before our departure, a manager arrived to clarify the issue. The party who were in the ground floor unit had arrived before us and did not want a 1st floor unit, the same reception people who had no idea what went wrong with our booking duly swapped the other party from 1st floor to ground floor and **** to us with straight faces. There were no other ground floor units available and we were forced to keep the 1st floor unit. Needless to say, my wife managed the 2 flights of stairs once a day and we remained in the unit for the balance of the day,

Catch me once, shame on you. Catch me twice, shame on me - there won’t be a second time and I’d strongly urge folk to reconsider this resort.
