Definitely not the money worth and extremely disappointed!

SL1-02. Worst experience yet! Where do I start, but lets list them in no particular order: 1. No Coffee in room. 2. Aircon filters are so dirty that our bed is constantly full of black "mould". 3. No cold beers "Castle Lite" on Friday afternoon at the Sky Bar and so it goes on for the WHOLE weekend. Pool bar, Venue bar.... 4. Received clean replacement towels only Saturday afternoon at 16:00 after multiple calls. 5. Check in on Friday only at 16:30 !!!!

Basically everybody complained this weekend about the poor service and state of the chalets/rooms. Will definitely not recommend it.
