Birthday weekend disaster

I am looking forward to surprising my daughters for their birthday weekend, just to be more frustrated upon arrival. We arrive and check in just to be met with a place that has no Wi-Fi connection, and the network coverage is already terrible. Requested birthday decorations with champagne that are non-alcoholic. The champagne had alcohol, and you could tell that the decorations were done last minute. The main bedroom had no towels in the bathroom, and no essentials like hand washing, or hand cream in any of the bathrooms. The base of the beds had no covers. Only reception had Wi-Fi and backup for when load shedding happened. The villas had no backup when load-shedding took place, and they did not even bother to provide us with the load-shedding schedule. The cutlery which was provided had no dinner plates or bowls just bowls. Decided to make a booking for dinner at their restaurant. Booking was confirmed via email however, the booking was not confirmed at the restaurant, and the special that we were sent via email was available at the restaurant. The waiters and manager had no idea of the special which we provided them with. Decided to try their spa which came with lunch. Upon starting the treatment requested that the lunch be packed as a takeaway as we had somewhere else to be afterwards. However, the lunch was not even ready, and no one had any idea what was happening with the lunch. The full pedicure is not for gelsih nail polish but, for standard normal nail polish that gets air dried. The network only becomes available when you are at reception or the restaurant. Furthermore, you have to ask for the Wi-Fi password. The is no iron or iron bedding. Requested as we had clothes that needed to be ironed only to get an iron, and were not informed that there was no ironing board. What appears on the website is not the true reflection of what you get upon arrival. It makes no sense how the Department of Tourism has given them their rating, and has remained open. Also having coffee or tea in the villas is standard. You are taking your home on holiday when you leave home. It makes sense why a full payment is required for everything upfront even for the spa. As they care more about making a profit, than providing great customer service to their customers. Natasha the manager even came to the room and stated that she would share the load-shedding schedule the same day. However, it was only shared when we requested it. The non-alcoholic champagne was provided to us on the last night or after Natasha said she would make it up to us.
