0% service from seasons golf leasure,spa

We are a group of 6 ladies booked from 2December-6December 2024, we had still having bad treatment, 1.they clean our room late after 13H00 which is unacceptable, 2.there are no aircones and they know we can't open windows and doors because of the ******s in their resort and its 37degree ,3,we requested an iron front reception since yesterday around 10 in the morning it's now 10H43 today we still didn't receive it, terrible service, the worst am not happy
