Started good, ended pathetic

<p>Jacuzzi had a leak, got hold of Julian Herbstein on Gumtree. Fixed the leak, just to cause another one. Came to fix that and then the element went. Changed the element, but still not heating and tripping the power. It has now been 6 weeks. He made many promises ("first thing tomorrow", "no later than 12:00", etc) and had many excuses but now not answering my calls. Pichted up here one night at 18:20 (after promising to be here at 12:00), past the time I and the HOA are prepared to have people working in my house. R900 and lots of frustration later. The problem is there are very few people in Cape Town's northern suburbs that do jacuzzi repairs. Pity that a nice guy like that gives such poor service.</p>
