Extremely horrible

Seaside Lodge (Dolphin Coast) Balito. Most horrible place, we made the booking through bookings.com, and I have put in a review at bookings.com and the accommodation itself. No feedback or anything regarding my review. I am extremely angry with this. And will make everyone aware of this. On the 20th of March we booked in(myself, my husband and two kids. This was the worst experience possible from a bed and breakfast what a *******. Nothing like the pictures and there was no sea view as advertised. I put my bags down and opened the fridge to put my milk and juice in it, there was old left over food in the fridge. Walking to the bedroom to put our bags in the rooms and there are ****roachs crawling and flying around the main room. There were no shelves for clothes as the cupboards were collapsing. The fan in the first bedroom was not fastened to the roof and was shaking all over the place, the fan in the main bedroom was hanging by the wires, as i tried to switch it off the wires started twisting, the window in the main bedroom doesn't close, it's had a botch repair attempt. There was mold all over the shower floor. The unit smelt really bad. The add said there is a king size bed which was 2 single beds loosely put together to try make up the size, the beds started spreading apart as we were trying to sleep. The bedding was dusty as if the room hadn't been occupied in quite a while. The curtains were dusty and stiff from not moving in a while too. Feeling extremely uncomfortable myself and my family left early in the morning, we couldn't stomach to eat the breakfast that was included in the package. I am really disappointed in this accommodation and feel extremely **********.
