Insulting of clients, disgusting treatment

I was recently staying at Seashelles resort in Umhlanga while on holiday and will never return to it, or recommend it to anybody. The owner/manager was rude, the facilities were not up to standard and treatment of customers was disgusting.<br> <br> I, as a paying customer, was called \arrogant"and \""ugly\"" due to the fact that I did not engage in an argument with the owner . This argument occurred as a result of her wishing to charge me R650 for me keeping somebody else's bags in my room for one night.
