Poor Customer service ?

Seasationl Beds Roodepoort ********** 064 Very poor customer service when it's coming to assist in a return on a mattress that's still have warranty. Sandra the shop manager is so bad in communication that she can't even give the client a call to assist again to send her the invoice after a week ago she made copy of it in the store, yesterday I have contacted her once again and she still didn't submit my query to the manufacturer to replace it. I would never ever support that shop again and would not recommend it to anyone else still today I'm not sorted with a replacement poor poor poor ???☹️
