MECHANIC MISSING -(IN POSSESSION OF ENGINE)

Sean Reizenberg, a Mechanic, practising from at Silversands Roadhouse, Westridge, Mitchells Plain. This guy has a workshop at aforementioned Address, He has been servicing my car for +- 4 years, and because I don't really know anything about the motor industry and he have always delivered, I have learnt to trust him, until a few weeks ago. My car had Engine problems, he took out the Engine to have it fixed on 30 July 2015, he said he had to send it to the engineers to sort out the problem, two weeks later he informed me that the Engine was delivered at his workshop. I visited his workshop once and he said he is done assembling the Engine and will place it in my car, which has never been done. Since then, I've been calling, sending text messages, I've also gone to the workshop on several occasions - but the place is closed, and there is no sign of him. I've asked around but nobody have seen him or knows where he stays. Meanwhile I have a car without an Engine!! I don't know what action to take further. I don't have any other means of Transport, I have an ailing mother that needs to be taken to the hospital often. I am a single parent and have no other support system. Please help!!!
