Labourers arrived on site at about 09;30 and left at 15:00 daily, with no supervision. Some were not fit for purpose and had no training. The cheapest paint was used. After he had left I found that some of the walls were incompletely painted. Other walls had only had one coat. Some door frames and ceilings were forgotten. They left my property in a mess. I had to clean paint off the floors, and had to employ somebody to fix the incomplete mess.
