Very disappointing experience with Seamless Flooring Systems.

I attempted to purchase their quartz aggregate and was told I could only buy through an accredited installer. The installer I was referred to provided no workmanship guarantee and no manufacturer warranty was included, despite Seamless Flooring stating that their products come with warranties.

This means the accredited installer-only restriction gives the consumer no real protection or assurance. Communication from the supplier was poor and no meaningful assistance or alternatives were provided.

I have opened a formal complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.

Strongly do not recommend.
