Wrong part supp****

Good day. I'm doing this complain on behalf of my father Bob Adriaan. He bought a bearing for his Renault 2001 16 valve. The salesman Albert ordered the part according to the Vin number but my father said he told him that it was a older model gearbox. He paid R800-80 for the wrong part . His mechanic told him it was the wrong part. He took it back with the shaft where the bearing fit and Albert told him that he was not going to pay for the other part. When they got the correct part hr had to pay R461-05. Lee then said he must pay because the part he got in the first place was the correct part according to them although my father Bob said to them that they must order according to the older model gearbox. Now he sit with the wrong part of R800-80 of which he is not going to use. My father has got throat cancer so if you going to phone it will be better to talk to me
