Bad service

Today on th 03/01/2019 i took my car Renault kwid for service and i was told at Renault Port Elizabeth that they dont have transport or they dont to provide transport to take me back home.. I have to drive myself home with they drive and they told me. They will use my car to pick me up.. What a waste of my petrol and bad service..
