bad service

After cutting my workday short I took my fathers vehicle a 2010 renault clio 3 for assesment. They looked at the vechicle the salesmen was so glad to see a car in such a good condition with so little kilos. I supp**** all documents including service book and declared full history of car. An agreement was made that they will pay a R100 000 for the car. The following morning I was advised that they will only be paying R82 000. To my suprise R18 000 less than what was agreed upon. The excuse being its due for a mayor service. Graig Seamans threw all the excuses in the book why their word is worth less than losing a loyal customer. Definitely the last time I would support any renualt product.
